Luke 2:16-20

Expanded Bible

So the shepherds went quickly and found Mary and Joseph and the baby, who was lying in a ·feeding trough [T manger]. When they had seen him, they ·told [spread the word about; let people know] what the angels had said about this child. Everyone [L who heard] ·was amazed [wondered; marveled] at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary ·treasured [kept; preserved] these things and ·continued to think about them [L pondered/considered them in her heart]. Then the shepherds went back to their sheep, ·praising [glorifying] God and ·thanking [praising] him for everything they had seen and heard. It had been just as the angel had told them.

King James Version

And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.
