For God's good will to thoroughly revolutionize our world, righteously upright and proficient professionals must lead the way. One can see this is an ongoing theme throughout this work. In general we assert that the health of a society depends primarily on the health and quality of those overseeing its institutions and organizations, and this is mainly where our professional fields are engaged. If our professionals are effective and respected, our societies will not only be sound, but also will roundly flourish. If our professionals are incompetent and disparaged, then there will be confusion, turmoil, and suffering.
